My work is all about supporting people to be empowered, in themselves & in what they do. I go about this primarily in two ways -

I work with individuals & groups in a holistic therapeutic context, where I support people to overcome self limiting beliefs & behaviours.

I work with conscious business owners & holistic practitioners, supporting them to get their work out into the world, and to clearly translate the essence of their offerings into a visual identity - branding & website.

Holistic Wellbeing Offerings

ONE:ONE

  • Sometimes to see ourselves with greater clarity it can help to have a mirror. This one to one support is a container we co-create. A place where you are met exactly as you are, and supported in where you want to go. These one to one sessions can form many shapes, let’s connect to see what it might look like for you.

WORKSHOPS

  • There is a magic that happens when we come together for healing. When we share our vulnerability with a group so much can shift within us. My workshops are containers to go deep on specific topics, in a safe and held space.

    The container of the group allows us to connect and feel less alone in our ‘stuff’. When we walk the path accompanied by others who share the same values, desire the same heart openings, maybe even echo some of the darkness we carry; it gives us strength and empowers us to carry on.

RETREATS

  • Sometimes there is the need to retreat from the chaos of the world, in order to reemerge anew. To retreat is not a sign of weakness, it is a powerful acknowledgment of when we need to take a breath, to gather ourselves, to gain a new perspective. At times, in order to move forward, we first have to take a step back.

CREATIVE CONSULTANCY OFFERINGS

Strategy

  • Create a roadmap that is rooted in your values & the pace of life you desire. It's so easy when we're starting out to overload the plate & burnout early on.

    This consultancy supports you in establishing where you are, where you want to be, & the steps between which are most important, taken in a way that is grounded & focused.

  • My Strategy Consultancy starts from €80 an hour.

    I offer packages for 3 or more hours.

Brand Design

  • Branding is the thing that translates who you are & what your business is about into a form of visual communication.

    Together we create a look & feel for your brand, from colours, to fonts, to a logo.

    I can also support you in creating business cards & flyers - or set you up with templates you can easily edit going forward.

  • I will quote you on this depending on your needs & desires.

Web Design

  • A website is a virtual home for your business, & the websites I create have a heartbeat.

    I offer full build packages, or self build consultancy.

    I specialise in creating websites which feel like home & smoothly communicate what you're about as soon as your client lands on the site.

    I do this through Squarespace as it allows you to take charge of your site after the build - I include a recorded handover session with you, walking you through the site & showing you how to easily edit & add information as your business shifts & grows.

    I also offer consultancy for those who have a lesser budget & would like to reduce costs by doing much of the build themselves - depending on the level of support you desire we can agree on a package to suit your needs.

  • Simple websites start at €2,000 for the build & work up depending on the complexity of what you want to create.

    Self build consultancy ranges from €150 - €500 depending on the level of support you desire.

    Squarespace is an annual subscription ranging from €270-€600 depending on your needs.
