Saturday 10th May, 11-1pm. The Fumbally Stables, Dublin City.
All relationships have their highs and lows—moments of deep connection and times when you can’t stand each other. There’s no magic formula for making love last, and the idea of it being about finding “the one”, well, we don’t believe in it. In truth, a thriving relationship is about the commitment two people have to one another, and their willingness to work through the shit that inevitably comes up. And to do this well requires a little skill.
Love in Action is a practical workshop designed to help couples strengthen their connection through clear communication, intimacy practices, and relationship tools that actually work. Whether you’re looking to reignite the spark or just want to deepen your bond, this workshop will give you the skills and insights to create a more fulfilling partnership.
What You’ll Learn:
Nervous System Regulation – Stay grounded and connected, even in tough moments.
Masculine/Feminine Polarity – Understand and balance different relationship dynamics.
Conflict Resolution – Communicate effectively, take ownership, and avoid blame cycles.
Goal Setting & Relationship Structure – Build a partnership that works for both of you.
Intimacy Practices & Rituals – Keep the connection strong and intentional.
Quality Bonding Time – Because time together matters.
What Others Are Saying
“This was a truly wonderful experience for us as a couple to take time out of the busy day to day and focus on us. I think doing this deeper work as a couple is so valuable to ensure we grow together and making sure our relationship is the best it can be.
I think acknowledging what needs improving and taking action on it is essential for long term happiness and unity.
Hannah and Sean are an inspiration and shared their wisdom so beautifully with us. I’m looking forward to attending more events like this in the future.
Thankyou 🙏”— Sonia & Paul | attended Love in Action, Cork
“Our experience with Hannah & Sean at their workshop was truly amazing. We are a couple who have been together for 15 years and though we are deeply connected, as parents, carers and professionals life can pull us thin.
So to spend this precious time together being guided so beautifully by Hannah and Sean -helping us connect so vulnerably and so honestly with each other - was extremely powerful for us and our relationship.
Hannah and Sean expertly navigate the workshop and while it feels intimate and tender it also never feels forced, and at no point did I feel pushed to do more than I was comfortable with.
A wonderful powerful and yet tender workshop, I would highly recommend to other couples.”
